Samsung Galaxy S25 One UI 8 Update Brings New Features

Samsung has begun the global rollout of the stable One UI 8 update for its Galaxy S25 series. The update is based on Android 16 and started in South Korea earlier this week. It is now expanding to more regions, reaching users in Europe, India, Canada, the UK, Romania, and the Middle East.

One UI 8 introduces multiple improvements for Galaxy S25 users. The Now Bar has been enhanced with better support for third-party apps. Portrait Studio has been added for more creative photo editing. Call Captions and Interpreter Mode bring new accessibility and translation options.

Other Galaxy Devices Get One UI 8?

Samsung confirmed that its previous flagships will start getting the update from October. This includes Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Z Fold 6, and Flip 6 models. Many of these devices are already running beta versions of One UI 8 in selected regions.
